The thoughtful design and quality finishes create an inviting atmosphere, while the stunning water views provide a serene backdrop for your daily life.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is on the top floor of the building. This requires going up one flight of stairs.

Weekend getaway

Very cozy, comfy and clean. It was quiet and peaceful and the view of the river out back was so lovely! It was conveniently located, easily walkable to Branson Landing, or just a quick drive away. Saw a show at Sight and Sound and it was also a close drive to that. Parking was easy and check in/out process was as well. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Changed our reservation

Host double booked our stay and moved us to a different location on the other side of Branson. It also didn't have the same size bed that we wanted. Host claimed to try to contact me but I had no missed calls. I called VRBO to get a refund on the stay and the insurance that the host required.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t go as expected. Please know that we made every effort to find suitable accommodations for you and reached out multiple times over the 48 hours leading up to your booking. All of our communication is kept within the platform to ensure there’s a clear and accurate record of messages and responses for both parties. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply, which limited our ability to assist further. We also offered a full refund, minus the travel insurance portion, which we are unable to process on our end as it’s handled directly through the booking platform. We genuinely strive to provide the best service possible and regret that we weren’t able to connect with you in time. Regardless, we rated you 5 stars across the board.
