Make yourself at home in this delightful 4-bedroom retreat on Brushy Creek at Smith Lake. It has many amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient (including Sea-Doo rental):
- Easily accessed from the highway and has plentiful parking (accommodates 4 vehicles or 3 & a boat trailer)
- Located in a tranquil neighborhood with great views of the lake
- Large side yard for playing games
- Awesome backyard with deck, grill (propane provided), eating area & firepit (smores bar provided) for relaxing with family and friends
- Only 29 easy steps to the water!
- Boat dock with swim deck outfitted with a swing, lounge chairs, kayak, and a lily pad.
- Sea-Doo available for rent - message owner if interested
- Open concept floor plan with a spacious, well-stocked kitchen
- Local grocery store, dollar store and restaurants are 3 mi/6 min away in Arley
- Offers bedtime privacy, sleeping 10 in beds with maximum occupancy of 12 using sofas for sleeping
-Master suite with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with 4 twin xl beds - all have blackout custom drapes

Ensure the grill is off and covered.
Assure all entry doors are closed and locked (Please don’t lock the door knob - only the dead bolts)
Leave dock furniture, foam lily pad and kayak as you found them - securely strapped
