"Castawaves" presents an unparalleled vacation experience with its top-floor, front-row, serene oceanfront views, perfectly complemented by its prime location right next to the Pointe West Beach Club. Imagine being able to step out of your door and be poolside or beachside within seconds! This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home spans over 1400 sq. feet of luxurious living space, making it the ideal retreat for family and friends to create and cherish unforgettable moments together. After an exhilarating day of fun and adventure, you can unleash your culinary skills in the gourmet kitchen, enjoy a delightful meal al fresco on the private balcony, and immerse yourself in the breathtaking gulf views that stretch out before you.

"Castawaves" is designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly blends comfort and elegance. It features cable TV and high-speed wireless internet throughout, ensuring that you stay connected and entertained. The home is thoughtfully appointed with all the comforts of home, making your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible. The sleeping arrangements are equally impressive, with a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (full over full & twin over twin) in the third bedroom, providing ample space and comfort for all.
A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
