There is a stove, refrigerator, and small pantry with a coffee station and Keurig Coffee maker as well! This kitchen is stocked with everything you need (counter-top dishwasher, microwave, and more) to enjoy a family meal. The bedroom has been freshened up as well with a brand-new Serta Queen Size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The bathroom was completely done with new tile bath walls, rain head shower and rinsing wand with bead board walls and navy vanity for a more nautical look. There are 2 (two) designated parking spots in front of the condo. COMMON AREAS: Common areas must be kept clear and clean - this includes the pool area. BEACH STUFF: We have everything, so you don't need to bring anything - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, mini-Cabana, beach wagon. SWIMMING POOL: The water quality itself is what will make this one of the most exhilarating and invigorating swims you'll ever have! The pool is not heated but can be used at any time from Sunrise to Sunset. Guests are allowed but you must accompany them. BUS STOP: There is a bus that you can pick up at the entrance of the Lucaya County Club Villas that can take you away to Siesta Key and downtown, and everything you would need for an awesome stay. Please inquire about two weeks’ stay, the management will contact you if availability is possible. The owner can only rent once in a thirty-day period, per condominium documents and Sarasota County statutes, for whatever length of time less than 30 days. The condominium association requires a background check, must be done 48 hours prior to check in. Fee will be reduced from total bill.
