Long weekend getaway

The place was spotless extremely clean! Have all you need to go to the beach towels, chair, umbrella and even toy for kids. I would definitely stay again.

Nice inside condo, outside run down

The inside of the Condo was per the listing and cleaned. There was a musky smell. The pool was nice. The area could use some more chairs and umbrellas. The upstairs neighbors were noisy all night long. Dog barking. Stomping around from midnight to 4am. Moving things around. The condo complex is run down. Paint peeling. Mattresses and couches laying in parking lot.

Nicely done unit inside, outside needs some love.

This property was + and - for us. When we arrived, we noted that the outside of the condo complex is pretty run down. First thing we saw when we pulled into the assigned parking spot, was an old couch in the middle of the parking lot. It was definitely a sign of the deterioration of the complex. However, once we went inside, the place was extremely clean, bright, and nicely decorated. However, we noticed it was quite warm inside and the AC wasn’t working. We wanted to open the slider to the (beautiful) patio area, however there was no screen for it and geckos were out in full force, so we couldn’t leave that open. A screen slider there would be a great upgrade. We contacted our contact about the AC, and someone was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it (thank you)! When we finally went to bed, there were a few issues that affected sleeping. First, right underneath the windows of the back bedroom (which we chose to use because people in the parking lot were very loud), the AC condensers for both the unit we stayed in and the one above us. The one for the upstairs is definitely about to fail as it makes a loud racket every time it kicked on, making sleeping pretty tough. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING loudly. Whether it’s people outside the unit late at night, the people above the unit stomping around at all hours of the night, or the AC condensers making a racket, sleeping was pretty rough. Not much the unit owner can do about these issues.

Family Vacation

Inside the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Easy to communicate with owner. Downside you hear everything happening in the apartment above you all hours of the night. This was not ideal with us having small children. None of us slept well even using white noise sound machines to buffer the neighbors.

I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city. I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed. I am very proud of my team, great people.
