Our IMPECCABLY CLEAN and BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED one level 3BD/2BA beach house is located only a 2 minute walk to the beach and next to Sand Dollar Lake, making it a RARE FIND and HIDDEN GEM in Ocean Lakes. Our home is one of a very few remaining one level homes that offers ocean, lake, and canal views where you can sit on the front porch or back deck and take in the wonderful water views.
Seabird Cottage (Unit #1002), located on Seaside Dr., is the perfect retreat with an abundance of amenities that will allow you to enjoy all the comforts of home during your vacation.
Our fully furnished home is perfect for couples or small families. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms and a triple bunkbed in the third bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination).
There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in the home in case you need them (but you're on vacation, so step away from the laundry!!!)
Folks, Seabird Cottage is the REAL DEAL and the photos truly reflect the comfort this home provides. You can rest easy knowing that when you arrive for your vacation, our home will be impeccably clean and ready for your stay.
- All the beds will be made up with high quality linens.
- Clean bathmats and bath linens will be in each of the bathrooms. Each member of your group will have a set of fresh bath linens (bath towel, hand towel and washcloth), so leave these items at home, but do bring your own beach towels!
- Quality cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
- An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags is included.
- And most importantly...you won't have to deal with any creepy crawlers because there won't be any!! Our home is serviced regularly, so you won't have any "surprises" (we don't like them either!!)
Children will absolutely love the water park (free to Ocean Lakes guests) and parents will enjoy the lazy river in the Summer. Ocean Lakes also offers daily activities, crafts, special events, church services, shopping at the camp store, Nature Center, fishing in the ponds and much, much more!
All roads in Ocean Lakes are paved, so bring your own bicycles or you can rent from the Ocean Lakes recreation center located next to the pool and water park.
For your safety and protection, there are three Ring security cameras located outside of the house.

Important note regarding parking: Ocean Lakes charges $15/day/vehicle to park onsite or in overflow parking ($12/day/vehicle if purchased no later than 14 days before your arrival). This fee is NOT included in our rental rate.
