Villa With A View is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse with breathtaking views of the lake and nearby ski slopes, this home offers an unforgettable retreat for families and friends.

This home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The main-level bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the upper-level primary suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed. On the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. For extra accommodations, the loft area includes a queen sleeper sofa.
Entertainment options abound in the family room, where a second gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, foosball, or shuffleboard for hours of fun.

3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.) Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am.
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit.
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
