Being available for rental for the very first time in 2025, the apartment has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, featuring a brand-new bathroom, a sleek kitchen, and air conditioning in the lounge area, creating a truly inviting ambiance. Ideally suited for solo travellers, golfers, couples, or a young family, the ensuite bathroom is conveniently accessed through the main bedroom, offering privacy and ease.


While the apartment is separated from the main villa by a staircase and a locked door, ensuring your complete seclusion, you might catch a glimpse of our friendly cat or one of our elderly cockapoos roaming about, adding a touch of warmth to your stay.
