The property is right on the beach. There are heated pool at every tower. The balcony had an electric grill. It was everything our family had hoped for. Our host was extremely responsive. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. We had an amazing week, ans we highly recommend this property. We can't wait to be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Portofino resort! The room was perfect for our family. The resort had so much to offer. We will definitely be back!

The door will be open when you visit next time to enjoy the 8 pools, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, beach chairs and beach equipment, Starbuck's, bars and restaurants.

When I was looking for a place to have my out of town family come in for graduation and family vacation I knew I wanted the portofino area since we are locals we are familiar with this area. When I was looking at available units, this one caught my eye because of the modern beach theme of the condo and the space and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The amenities at this condo are all inclusive, you could literally do so many activities at this condo and they offer all kinds of rentals. There was one initial thing that stood out about this unit among the others was the prompt communication from the owner and second the view from this unit is undeniable the best I have ever seen and I live in this area! You have views from the gulf to the bay, sunrise and sunset, you are on the 18th floor! So beautiful! Thank you Dave for opening up your beautiful place for others to experience and enjoy for themselves even if it was for only a short time. Don't pass this unit by it is worth every penny! And don't forget during off peak times in Florida the weather is still worthy of a condo stay at this unit!

Teri and Dave have 3 mostly grown and mostly on their own children with 3 grandchildren. We retired, sold our home in Little Rock, and spend most of the year at one of our Portofino beach condos. We really enjoy traveling especially to exotic beaches. We have been to the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire (4X), Curacao), Bermuda, Cancun, Costa Rica, Hawaiian Islands (3X), several Caribbean cruises, and a European trip to Italy/Germany/France/Ireland. We love the sugar white sands and clear blue water of the Gulf of Mexico at Pensacola Beach.
