Nate was a communicative and hospitable host that was able to answer any questions we had quickly about the property from reservation to check out. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the attached patio and outdoor firepit along with the majestic views of the fall foliage, hills, and creek. We had a great time sharing coffee around the fireplace inside and cooking delicious meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cabin's location is perfect for those wanting to be secluded from neighbors but still close to key areas (Mt. Washington, the Kanc, Conway, Flume Gorge, & hiking and biking trails). Would not hesitate staying here again in our future adventures to New England!

Nate was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out, and the view is breathtaking!The cabin had everything we needed. We even forgot to bring trash bags, but Nate had everything stocked and ready for us. We really appreciated the thought and care he put into making the place so comfortable and welcoming.Thank you, Nate, for being such a great host. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

My family and I stay in the area every year and go to Santa's Village. Our weekend stay in this cabin could not have been any better! The house and setting are both breathtaking! There were plenty of sleeping areas and living space for our group of 8, including adults and young adults. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at River's Bend. Nate was responsive and helpful. The house itself was beautifully situated, well-equipped, and an excellent spot for our friends and family ski gathering. The sunroom was a cozy room, and the basement was the perfect spot for the kids.

We took advantage of the local trail that is right by the house to go trail running in the morning. The house had everything I needed and as someone who likes to cook, I appreciate a stocked spice cabinet.

Perfect Getaway Cabin

We cannot say enough good things about River’s Edge!!! The home is beautiful and spotless and has everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. The four season room was our absolute favorite. Nate was a wonderful host and incredibly communicative and made our stay seamless. We are already planning to return in the summer to enjoy the river!

Rest and Relax

Absolutely amazing hidden gem. The view of the river and listening to it while sitting outside beside the fire pit at night was wonderful. It was a quiet location and close to many trails to explore. Nate was great with communicating before we arrived and sent us a guide for things to do. The house is beautiful and has everything you need, along with a great kitchen to cook in. We highly recommend staying here and watching the deer play and the fish swim!! We plan on returning again!!

Such a gorgous property!!!! My wife, kids and dogs enjoyed every inch of the property, house and river!!! Great place to settle in for a fire by the river with mountain views after a long day of adventuring!!! My kids and I went back to Upper Falls (which was recomended by owner) every day to jump off cliffs into the river. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recomend and will be back!!The Kellys

From the moment we arrived we knew we made the perfect choice.This property is gorgeous, spacious yet cozy at the same time.The view is spectacular . Loved spending each morning with a cup of coffee and a book in the room with a view.They have a large table in there as well and at night we played board games.It also snowed while we were there, so the area looked majestic.We had everything we needed for our “unplugged” week.Thank you Nate for being so attentive and sharing your home with us!Oh and my daughter wanted everyone to know the beds were super comfortable

Such a beautiful property! The house was well equipped and comfortable for our family and dogs. The property is well maintained, with a large, flat yard for the kids and dogs to run and enjoy. The view is amazing with a nice patio/fire pit to relax and enjoy!Nate was incredibly communicative and offered great recommendations for the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Looking forward to going back in the future!
