The decor was adorable. There were a few things terribly wrong. First the beds had been slept in. They had garbage still in the bathroom trash and dirty towels in the bath hamper. There were 2 children’s school backpacks left downstairs. Kids outdoor toys, scooters etc scattered about the property. ( we almost ran over a scooter when we parked). The bifold bathroom door was off its track. ( we had to put it back in). Electrical wiring capped but exposed downstairs on the wall heater.

Cheryl could not have made it any easier or been any nicer. There was plenty of room, it was clean as a whistle, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the location was right where we wanted to be - close to town, but quiet and private. She was also great wth restaurant recommendations. Much appreciated!

From the time I opened the door, I was absolutely in LOVE with this gem! The hosts had been there before I checked in, making sure lights were on and the heat already going. The layout is genius, making the most of the space. And the Monopoly theme was very tastefully done! Very close to some fantastic restaurants, as in walking distance in warmer weather, with many other options an easy drive away. The whole space was clean, comfortable, and I really look forward to booking again!

Fun Family Visit

My daughter and I drove in from Arkansas and stayed here in order to spend time with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The little guesthouse was perfect for us! We hosted breakfast and dinner for the 5 of us here. My grandson loved the coloring books and games. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. :)
There was enough room for all 5 of us at the table.

The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable except for the pull out couch which was fairly uncomfortable which is normal for a pull out couch. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Recommendations: exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom.

The location of this place was ideal - just steps from the downtown area. If you aren't looking close enough you will drive past it. The parking was confusing at first but once I walked around clearly there is a parking spot on the other side of the house. The house was VERY clean, quiet neighborhood and extremely comfortable beds.

Monopoly Party

We only stayed a few short nights, overall it was really nice. Owner was timely in answering and super nice! There was a couple of things that were mentioned in the guest book that wasnt fixed but other than that it was really good! Totally recommend.

Overall decent

Decorated in a fun way. If you are tall, this shower is not for you. The bathroom could use a vent fan and places to put your items in the shower. The towels were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The listing could be clearer about the location of the guest house.. Overall a pretty nice experience.

Quiet two room barn style home. Plenty of parking and close to all Franklin has to offer. There is a large yard if you have little ones that want to play. Plenty of room in the living and dinning area. Bedrooms are upstairs and so is the bathroom with a shower (no tub). 1/2 bath downstairs. If you are 6' or taller it is tight in the shower. Everything you need is prvided accept there is no washer and dryer.

The shower is short for taller guests and had no ventilation. The listing could have been a bit clearer on the size of the guest house and vicinity to other houses. But overall it was very clean and a great stay! Host was very responsive.
