Explore NoFL beaches of Jacksonville & nearby towns (St. Augustine & Fernandina Beach) in this updated vaulted ceilings, boho-vibe, pet friendly two-bedroom (1 king / 1 queen) two bathroom / one en suite.

Including beautiful foliage inside and outdoors, fenced in backyard, large front yard, garage, parking, water filter, screened in outdoor lounge (our favorite space), washer & dryer, electric stove & oven, toaster, full sized fridge, dishwasher & microwave, just minutes from the beach, walk or use bikes (2) provided. WiFi and Roku on TVs.

Comfortable mattresses (one queen, one king) and blackout curtains. Couch may be used for a 5th person and there is an air mattress available.

Dogs allowed: please note that dog beds are required for the stay. Please clean up after dog messes in yard, please vacuum after dogs in house if needed. Please put dogs on the reservation and to pay the pet fee. Additionally, pet blankets are provided. Please protect furniture and linens from pet hair, shedding and dander.

Comfy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Short drives to the beach, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Host was quick to respond to any issues and was quite helpful.

Everything was warm, inviting and comfortable for our stay. Carly was communicative and accommodating. The house was close to Target and other restaurants/shopping centers with plenty of coffee. We loved the backyard and screened porch area full of beautiful plants. The doodle enjoyed as well.

Charming bungalow

This was a fantastic property and turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, quiet, charming, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided very helpful communications. She was wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The host was welcoming, communicated before arrival and provided codes to enter before hand with ample time. The location was close to Mayo Clinic wich was the purpose of this stay. It was also close to beaches and centrally located near food and other shopping. Areas that dampened the experience was the smell of the septic on the grounds, and at one point in the house. Also, the kitchen lighting was dim.

Carlee was amazing. She was there always to answer my questions! The house had all of the accommodations that you would have at home. It was in a nice neighborhood and very close to the grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and the Mayo Clinic! If I ever have to come back, I will definitely book with Carlee.

This place has a cozy feel and plenty of space for pets. I brought my cat. It was only a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The landlord answers your questions in a timely manner and is easy to work with. The area has lots to do and see.

Superb experience

Carly was highly communicative and welcoming. The place was in top-top shape and within a few miles of the beach. We enjoyed having the fenced in yard for our pooch. A property and owner!!

Concert and Beach

It was a perfect spot for us. 20 minutes from the concert we attended, in a quaint and peaceful area. Super close to the beach. We enjoyed a nice beach day there too. The enclosed area that was half outside and half inside was perfect. The Leone lights made it a perfect setting for a movie night. The fenced in area was perfect for our pups. Carly provided flowers and a sweet note that made my spouse very happy upon arrival. 5 / 5 recommend

Pefect for mayo clnic visit

I cant stand walking into a house and the blast of toxic fragrances. The boho style fits with the clean air. There was real plants in the house and salt lamps. Over and above what i expected. And communication was 5 star will be back.

What a wonderful surprise -was a very last minute trip to this cute home for some training with my dog. The price was great, and thus my expectations were not high- but turns out, everything far exceeded my expectations, truly could not have been a more perfect place for us ! Homeowner, Carly, was immediately helpful prior to my arrival w questions re check in, and she continued to be so throughout my stay when I had a couple questions about the area and checkout. Her home “boho” design was really sweet, home was very clean - & even smelled so clean with no toxic cleaning smells… I really liked the location and felt very safe in this quiet residential neighbourhood with nice, friendly neighbors. Im a sensitive sleeper, was happy that I slept really well (bed, sheets, pillows , and air quality all felt great ). My dog and I enjoyed evenings on her multi plant and soft light filled screened in porch- and of course my dog loved her backyard, which was also very private and quiet - perfect for our training “homework” :). We were close enough to the ocean to have time there early mornings and late evenings, pre and post training sessions - also appreciated the proximity to shopping for everything we needed… I left my short visit very refreshed and grateful! Would certainly recommend!
