Welcome to a clean & beautiful beach themed townhouse located in exclusive Ponte Vedra Beach. Over 1000 sq ft, 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath abode. Newly Upgraded tiled bathroom/ shower and 3 Smart TVs (Roku). Patio and backyard. Cool AC and fast WiFi !

Location is ideal being close to the beaches. intercoastal, Sawgrass TPC gold courses, Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Less than a mile from major artery into Jax. 8 minutes to world-famous Mayo clinic, 15 minutes to Town Center.

Home away from home

Lovely house, very homey. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. My family and I really enjoyed this place. I would stay here again. We definitely recommend this home.

Fully loaded

House was fully loaded with anything you could really need besides perishable items and some personal but otherwise, it had pretty much everything we could use. Daniel had things set up for us and ready to go before we got there and the house smelled great and was clean. Check in and out was super easy and Daniel had great response time.

Great option for easy access to Mayo Clinic

This property is as advertised and is a great option if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic for several days. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and it was a very convenient location to the Mayo clinic, with just an 8 to 10 minute drive to get back-and-forth to Mayo. There are lots of retail and restaurant options in the vicinity. The property was clean and featured two bedrooms upstairs with a full Jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath downstairs. It also has a full kitchen, which was great for being able to prepare meals at the townhouse versus having to eat out every night. The AC was very cold and there are also ceiling fans throughout the townhouse which was great!

The property matched the pictures! Great space and amenities, especially the A/C. Close to the Mayo Clinic. Host was very attentive and helpful.

Mayo/beach friendly

House was perfectly located near major highway, beach, and Mayo Clinic was an easy drive. Close to shopping and restaurants, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Daniel was a great host, responsive and friendly. And the best part… cold AC and great ceiling fans. Great value! Will stay again.

Fit our needs

We had a family wedding in Jacksonville and this rental was a great respite from the busyness of family members. Our host has a very well supplied rental and is attentive to extras. He was also a good communicator and doesn’t demand extra check out procedures. We would book again
