After a long journey, this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The home was so clean that I immediately took off my shoes when I came inside because I didn’t want to dirty the squeaky clean floors! I can tell that a lot of love has gone into this home - from how clean the home is, to the “permaculture” makeover of the front and back garden, to how thoughtfully things were arranged and labeled (eg there was a charging station right by the bed and the lights were labeled “touch on/off” for ease of use). The kitchen is so modern, with brand new appliances, too. And most of all, the host was really communicative, kind, and helpful.My dog stayed with me and the backyard was absolutely paradise for him!So grateful for the lovely rest and recharge that my dog and I had here. Highly recommend this lovely home :)

Family Stay

This property was just ok. My husband and I stayed with our infant son and dog for just one night on our way to family vacation. The inside was clean overall and the living room, kitchen, bedroom were nice enough and useable for us. The fenced in yard in the back is also a plus. The kitchen didn’t have any hand soap or dish soap to use but did have dishwasher pods. The bathroom is pretty small and there is a thick layer of a bad paint job throughout most of the house but especially the bathroom. It’s like they just came in with a paint sprayer and coated the entire inside to hide any flaws when they flipped the house. The towels were awful and scratchy, I recommend bringing your own. The bedroom furniture was cheap but clean. The appliances are nice, washer dryer was nice too. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. We made sure to lock everything up and didn’t have problems but there were definitely people out walking the streets and some partying going on around us late into the night. Again, overall this place was ok- it was fine for one night but not worth the high cost in my opinion.

Beautiful and Cozy

My family and I had a great time in this gorgeous little bungalow. The interior is designed tastefully, with an excellent flow for a hang-out. The permaculture backyard is pretty huge, with a deck to enjoy the sunshine and a screened gazebo to protect from mosquitoes. We enjoyed every little space during our two-night stay.The house was immaculate when we arrived, which is always a huge relief with short-term rentals. I'd definitely book this spot again next time I'm hosting out-of-town family. The Broad Rock area is a great, up-and-coming neighborhood just a short drive from everything we like to do.

Had a great stay! The house was very clean and well-stocked with all the necessities, making it super comfortable and convenient. The hosts clearly put thought into ensuring guests have everything they need. Would definitely stay again
