Gorgeous home in the heart of Orenco, close to Intel, Nike, perfect for groups!
This beautiful, 2000 square foot home has an open floor plan and kitchen stocked with everything you'll need. Just bring the groceries and you're ready to cook! · Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. · 5 Minute walk to light-rail and the award-winning Orenco Station, with restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and the natural grocer New Seasons. · 10 to 15 minutes from most local farms and wineries. 25 minutes from Portland. · 5 to 10 minutes from all Intel campuses.

Your kitchen, living room, dining room and full laundry room are on the bottom floor, and all bedrooms and the two main bathrooms are on the upper floor. It's necessary to be able to climb stairs if you stay in the home as there are 3 steps up to enter the front door. All your bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and settle in.

The living room has plenty of seating for a large group, and the dining table expands to seat up to 10. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and we also provide a queen sized air mattress that can accommodate 2 additional guests.

This home is owned and operated by our company Clear River Orchard Suites LLC.

This house was the perfect location for our family to visit & explore. The kitchen was well stocked & the beds were comfortable. My granddaughters especially liked the toy shelf.

The property was in excellent condition. The location was ideal, with excellent restaurants and shopping areas close by. The host provided a very helpful, detailed property guide on line. An excellent experience!

Perfect location for access to Olympus Sports Center

As a family of 5, it's difficult to all fit into a single hotel room so this was a great lodging option while we were in Hillsboro for a volleyball tournament. It was a 7 minute drive to Olympus Sports Center and close to many restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spacious and inviting.

Couldn't have been better! Felt just like a home - had everything we could have needed, very clean, and worked great for our family of six adults and one baby. The hosts are definitely at the top of our list!

The property was wonderful! Toys and board games for kids and adults, Amazon Fire TV with Disney and Prime Video, a deck with a propane grill, and Wifi. We had plenty of room for all seven of us, everyone had their own bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. I could not have picked a better place.

Mitch's charming Orenco Station home was cozy and well equipped for a weekend getaway with friends. The open floor plan first floor was great to hang out in. And the suite of bedrooms upstairs were great. Plus, the location is easily walkable to Orenco Station and the light-rail station. I'd recommend staying here to anyone traveling with a family or group of friends.
