Stay here in our warm apartment, a stone's throw away from the University of Chicago school and hospital! Ideal for families, scholars, students, vacationers or business travelers. Sleeps 6 (2 twin memory foam floor mattresses available). Free street parking! Close to Museum of Science and Industry, Robie House, golf courses, lake, grocery and charming streets of Hyde Park. Great shops and restaurants! Public transportation close by to travel into the city and explore Downtown Chicago as well.

*STAIRS: This unit has 3 flights of stairs. Exterior steps around 8, and from main entrance around 16 steps that leads to second floor unit.

*Please note, this Property does not allow smoking, prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.*

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had what I needed. Very close to U Chicago. Also very helpful that there’s a grocery store within close walking distance. Parking is on the street, and there was always a spot available.

A gem near UChicago

The apartment was clean and roomy -- perfect for our needs. Our host, James, responded quickly to questions. Having a grocery store within easy walking distance was a plus. We would be thrilled to stay here again!

Surgery Accommodations

Your condo was beautiful with all the amenties of home. It was a perfect location, close to the hospital, so we could come and go to check on my mother after surgery.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, safe, comfortable VRBO located on a quiet residential street. Being so close to a grocery store and the easy parking out front were huge benefits. The location, just a few blocks from U. Chicago was also perfect. Having two bathrooms was fantastic. My minor complaint would be that we found the mattresses and pillows not as comfortable as we might have liked, but certainly workable. The owner was responsive and access was very straightforward.

One block from an excellent grocery store- 10 blocks from the UofC Quad. Even better for south of the Midway. Neighborhood slowly cleaning up. Adequate on-street parking. Perfectly safe. thank you, James!

Cute and Convenient

I stayed with some friends for a concert. We did not go out in the neighborhood except to get ice from the grocery store, which was conveniently around the corner. I felt relatively safe while staying there, and our hosts were very quick with their communication and responses so that is always a plus. If you’re looking for a cute place to stay on the south side this is a great place to do so!

Super clean rooms! Wonderful set up! Conveniently close to the train system and a grocery store is right in the next block. Uni of Chicago is in the next blocks as well, a very beautiful campus. Would definitely stay here again when I revisit Chicago. It was an awesome stay. Cheers
