Welcome to Classic Quarters at the 101, your charming retreat in the heart of Savannah's historic district. This elegant two-bedroom condo beautifully blends timeless Victorian architecture with modern comforts, creating a stylish and welcoming ambiance for your stay.

Originally designed by the Meinhardt brothers in the 1870s, the space exudes historic charm with its soaring ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and intricate crown molding. The inviting living room features plush couches, cozy armchairs, and large windows overlooking downtown Savannah. Please note the fireplaces are decorative, adding to the home's historic character.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King-size four-poster bed
Second Bedroom: Queen-size four-poster bed
Both bedrooms are outfitted with soft mattresses and fresh linens. Two full bathrooms add convenience, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower-and-bathtub combination.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need:

Full-size oven and stove
Refrigerator and dishwasher
Microwave, toaster, and coffee maker
Modern amenities for a comfortable stay include:

Whole-house Wi-Fi
Flatscreen television
Central air conditioning (AC)
In-unit washer and dryer
Hairdryer and ironing board

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom condo. Entry is seamless with a keyless lock on the main exterior doors of the building. Classic Quarters at the 101 is Unit 3, located up one flight of stairs from the building's entrance.

* This condo is professionally cleaned and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, and fresh towels for your arrival.
* Please be aware that the unit is on the second floor and requires guests to walk up one flight of stairs to access it.
* The fireplaces within the home are historic and for decorative purposes only; they are not functional.

Awesome Gem in Savannah!

Great little place tucked away within walking distance to just about everything. We loved all the historical homes in the area and all the squares close by. Unit was clean and well stocked with the all the appliances you would need for a weekend get away with family. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Perfect Location

Perfect location! Place is adorable and very clean. 2 bedrooms that were separated by a sitting area which provided privacy. And, both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Can’t ask for more than that.

Very happy with this historic district rental. We parked our car and walked everywhere for the next two days. Shops, food, parks, tours, all within walking distance. 1st time in Savannah, but it won't be the last and we will rent this place again.

Great location in Savannah!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Savannah. This townhouse is in a good location for walking the historic district, and is nestled in the trees on the second floor walk up. If you have difficulty with stairs, that would be the only drawback here.The beds were comfortable, and the fact that it has two baths was important for our group of four cousins. It also has a Cute balcony with a small bistro set out back where we were able to sit and enjoy the weather. We didn’t utilize the kitchen much, but it has everything you need to cook some simple meals.The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, we would definitely stay there again.
