We booked this home for five nights but only stayed for two due to some issues that made us uncomfortable.Pros: Great location close to the airport, spacious layout, and nicely decorated interior.Cons: The proximity to the airport comes with noticeable airplane noise. We had to keep the windows and doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering, and an iguana did end up in one of the bedrooms. The host responded promptly and removed it, but we chose to leave early and did not receive a refund for the remaining nights. Cleanliness could be improved.

The situation with the iguana was handled immediately. As is common in Puerto Rico, iguanas are part of the natural environment and are harmless. It appears the door was left open, which allowed it to enter. As soon as we were notified, we responded right away, removed the iguana, and inspected the property within minutes to ensure everything was in order. You chose to leave the property, and at that time, you expressed that you were satisfied with how the situation was handled. The matter was also reviewed through the platform, and it was agreed that you would depart without a refund. For this reason, we are surprised by your current concerns, as the issue was promptly resolved and aligned with the agreement made during your stay
