My stay at this property was fantastic. I had 9 people for my bachelor party stay and we had ample room for all of us and we all had an amazing time. The property was clean, the host was very communicative, and we were even greeted with a small gift basket upon arriving. The interior felt modern, and the backyard was very spacious so we could all utilize the pool, grill, etc. The location is perfect - we were about a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, a short walk to the casino, and a short walk to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is interested and I would easily go back. 10/10

We loved the location and the house amenities. There are power and water struggles in San Juan, but the house had a generator and cistern.

The house is exactly as listed on the website. It was clean and well stocked. They provided extras that we were not expecting; snacks, paper plates, paper towels, bottled water. The beach chairs, towels & cooler made trips to the beach more enjoyable. The pool is fantastic! The only issue we had was with the bathroom in the main suite. The toilet did not shut off. Since water is an issue in the San Juan area, we had to keep the water valve shut off while not being used. Our host, Rafa, was very responsive to our needs and checked on us daily to ensure we had enough water.

Our stay was wonderful! Jonathan, could not have been more helpful. It was very clean and had a very good, home like feeling to the house. We were in nine people and we could all relax and have our own space, yet be together. The location was great, close to the beach and places to go out. I would rent it again.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home nestled in Isla Verde. I hosted a women’s retreat here and everyone was in love with the beauty of this home. The home is absolutely stunning with very calming decor and has all the amenities you need to complete you stay. The host responds very quickly and is very hospitable. The house host, Ruben, was very friendly, courteous and really makes you feel welcomed. You will not be disappointed if you choose this space for your vacation spot! Outstanding visit from beginning to end. The host met us at the property and explained how everything worked, left us a gift basket, recommended local restaurants and things to do. The house was very clean and everything needed was present. AC worked great and backyard was an awesome place to hang out. We had a minor issue with a door closing and I notified the host and he was there 2 hours later to fix it. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an amazing time! The house is even better in person. The outdoor space was so nice for early morning coffee, dinners, and game nights. The kitchen was very well equipped, water hot and beds comfortable. The amazing beach is only 4 minutes away. The grocery store is very convenient as well. Highly recommend! Rubin is very responsive to any needs/ concerns.

The host was not responsive to the property manager while we were there. The room I was in, the air conditioner unit, never worked and the temporary solution was to leave the door open and utilize the living room air conditioner unit. That was not an option as we had 10 other people there. The garage code stopped working, but the manager did try you fix it. The pool was so dirty we could not swim in it. The property manager was fired during our stay, and the host still did not contact us until I called VRBO twice, and only responded to my messages 1 hour before checkout. The mosquitoes were relentless! The property itself is very nice. Inside and out (except the pool). The location and proximity to the beach and area activities was great for entertainment and leisure. The failure here was the lack of communication with the host and their relationship with his property manager.

I am a physician.
I grew up in this neighborhood with the beach and ocean as our background. As we grew up, we spent our free time doing all water related avctivities such as swiming, water skiing, fishing,
sailing, bike riding, and utilizing the many amenities the local hotels had to offer.
I can also offer this unique experience to my guests in a luxurious, large and comfortable property, just steps from one of the nicest beaches in the area.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I bought this property mostly because of its location , right next to Isla Verde's beach, its beauty and layout, with great backyard , terrace and pool area, and finally great comfort.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The unique benefits of this property is that in the city of metro San Juan, you have a luxurious and beautiful, large, professionally decorated property right next to one of the best urban beaches in the world, in touristy Isla Verde, walking distance to everything that you might need for your perfect vacation.
