The Space:

3 floors of open living for up to 22 guests. This listing is two side-by-side units. 3 floors of open living in each. Note: 2 cots stored on site in one of the units.

Getting Around:

Ride sharing companies can provide delivery to the property address. Make sure they use the address 1005 12th Ave South, Nashville, 37203. You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.)

It was a pleasure hosting your group of 12 for your Nashville getaway this past September. I am glad you enjoyed the rooftop spaces and found the setup well-suited for a larger party. I appreciate you highlighting the layout of the two side-by-side townhouses for future guests; I find that this configuration often provides a nice balance of shared social areas and personal space for larger groups. Great place, quiet neighborhood. Had all we needed for our stay. Only thing it was two units, which was not a problem but planned on all together in one place. What was nice the number of bathrooms when it was all ladies. It was close to downtown and easy to find.

Worked out great for our group. Good location. Uber to downtown was usually 9-10. One of the units definitely has some wear and tear on the walls and ceiling, but didn’t affect our stay at all.

Great space with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy 20 min walk to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks. Plenty of restaurants nearby in the Gulch as well.

short stay for a concert

Condo location and description was just as described. Very clean! Our concert got delayed a day. Host was willing to do a late check out or even add another day. Very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

DOT NOT STAY HERE. Very misleading, it was absolutely disgusting. Says it 10 min walk to broadway, more like 35. Smoke director needed new batteries and it took forever for them to fix it and then left the ladder in the kitchen. There were bugs everywhere, and multiple locks that didn’t work. The beds were covered in hair, I could go on and on about how bad it was.
