☀ Trash Disposal: Guests must place trash in the community dumpsters—curbside trash disposal is not allowed.
☀ Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please clean up after your furry friends.
☀ Community Guidelines: Guests must follow all community regulations, including noise restrictions and respectful use of shared spaces.

☀ Security Camera Disclosure:
There is a surveillance camera in the backyard near the hot tub. This camera does not monitor guests during their stay but is in place to:

✅ Ensure no trees or branches fall on the hot tub.
The camera is positioned low to the ground. If this makes you uncomfortable, you are welcome to place a towel over it during your stay.
