Welcome to your home away from home, a stylish 2nd-floor condo perched on the stunning shores of Lake Windermere! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath property comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people – perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Enjoy the luxury of in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen – plus, there’s a BBQ on the balcony for those perfect summer nights. Take a dip in the outdoor pool (open in the warmer months) or soak in one of the hot tubs.

James Chabot beach is just steps away, so you can easily take a morning swim or enjoy a relaxed walk along the shoreline. The neighborhood around Lake Windermere Point Residence is lively and super convenient. Within walking distance, you'll find a great mix of restaurants, like HuckleBerry, Fuze, and Fubuki Sushi, offering a variety of tasty options. If you're in the mood for something quick, familiar spots like A&W, Dairy Queen, and Subway are just around the corner. There are also plenty of shops nearby, and for groceries and essentials, Sobeys and Petro Canada are just a short walk away.

If you love outdoor activities, this area is a dream. Pete’s Marina is perfect for boaters, and if you’re into golf, both Eagle Ranch Golf Course and Copper Point Golf Resort are just a short drive away. In the winter, you can hit the slopes at Panorama Ski Resort or relax at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, both only a quick drive from the condo.

Short family ski trip

For our group of 5 adults this property works great. Excellent communication with the host, we were even able to check in early. The hot tub was an awesoqme to relax at the end of the day. This was our second time at this property and wouldn't hesitate to come again.

Excellent location in Invermere!

Great location super close to the lake. The accommodation was good with two bedrooms. The building is a little tired, but the unit itself is quite good with a great layout and super good communication from the host.

Loved Invermere

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was there that we needed. Very well supplied. Just like home. We could not get the master bedroom tv to come on. I notified our host. Overall we had a great time in the area. We thank our hosts very much.

Great location

This was our second time staying in this condo. It is a beautiful location with having only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Hosts are very responsive & quick to assist in resolving any issues that arise. The condo is well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Tons of counter space for preparing meals. My only feedback would be that the unit could definitely use a deep clean - washing walls, cleaning baseboards, carpets etc. The building itself is also starting to show its age. The lobby & hallway carpets are filthy. Thankfully, the pool area was very clean. The building also has awesome sound proofing. Could not hear neighbours, or those above us; also rarely heard hallway noise.

Great family friendly condo

The property is in a great location, central to everything. Beach is a short walk away with a playground. Pool at the property can get busy but was great to have access to. The condo itself was also in a good location. Layout is family friendly with 2 beds in the second room. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Some games kept the kids entertained. The only negative comment was that the patio was very dusty to the point where we only sat out there once.

Would stay here again!

We've stayed in many units of this complex over the years and I have to say that this one is our favourite. Comfortable, spacious and unbelievably quiet. The pantry was well stocked for spices etc. The beds were comfy and there even towels provided for us to use at the pool. The pool is always the favourite part of the whole vacation for our son and we love that the beach is within walking distance. We look forward to booking this unit again next year!

Clean and Spacious Accommodation near everything the area has to offer

We enjoyed a great stay in this property. It was very comfortable and spacious for our family and it was convenient to access all the attractions in the area, such as Panorama ski resort, the Radium Hit Springs, and of course the lake and beach are within walking distance during the summer months. In addition the property is close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping in Invermere town center. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Beautiful and functional suite

Perfect 2 bedroom suite. Nice, functional layout. Great kitchen and all the amenities you would want. Big TV, nice dining area and plenty of room. Hot tub was great. 20 minute drive to the ski hill. We will be back!

Well equipped, even had a collapseale 2 wheller to get your items into the condo. Only negative comment was the lack of tv channels but knowing that we can plan differently for next year. Even booked for next year before we left. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 1 week in August.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The balcony faces east so in the morning you can sit in the sunshine drinking your morning coffee and in the evening it is in the shade to enjoy a cool drink. The underground parking was a bonus. We left our bikes there and were not worried about them being stolen.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay at the property. The unit was well equipped and clean. The host was responsive and accommodating . The building was starting to show some wear & tear, but did not affect us enjoying our stay.

Great choice for a stay in Invermere

My family has used this property in the past and will likely use it again. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is ideal if you enjoy water sports.
