Your Simpsonville getaway awaits at this charming 3-bedroom home convenient to downtown Greenville with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin murphy bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax comfortably. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the spacious fenced in backyard with relaxing patio featuring a gas fireplace with gazebo covering over the new table and 6 chairs. Features modern amenities like WiFi, AC, all smart TVs, updated appliances, washer and dryer inside the home. The cozy atmosphere and convenient location make this property the perfect choice for your next vacation. We are so excited to have you stay at our new home. Great for a couples retreat, large families, multiple generational family getaways, business trips, and more! All the furniture is new in 2024 including all beds and mattresses, smart TV's, new roof, most appliances, living room furniture, kitchen furniture, linens, patio furniture, outdoor fire pit, etc. We even have an airfryer, coffee maker, grinder, etc! All the conveniences and comforts of home. We are 1.2 miles to Publix shopping center with many dining options. We look forward to having you come and stay soon.

Great, simply nice accommodations. Good space, layout, comfy beds. Suited our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) well. Only thing is it got really cold on our last night (26 degrees) and the heater couldn't handle it -- woke up to 55 degrees and then had to kick it into "Alt Heat". And, must bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. I'm used to that being in all rentals so had to stop at a store to supply.

Incredibly Clean and Conveniently Located

The property was spotlessly clean and convenient to everything we needed access to in Greenville/Simpsonville. The owner was quick to answer questions we had about the property. And, it was a great value.

A Short Getaway for My Mom's 80th Birthday

The house is exactly as described. The bedrooms are decently sized and there is plenty of closet space. The host answered all questions prompt and was very helpful and nice. Whenever we are in the area we will definitely try to book this home. It was everything we needed and nice and clean too.

Updated and clean

If you are looking for a property that is updated and clean, Michelle’s property is an excellent option. Ample extra towels were available, and the host was responsive to questions prior to arrival. Mattresses were also new, of a firmer foam type. The neighborhood is generally quiet, and though near the airport, we only were disturbed by a loud plane noise once during our 5 day stay.

Super Clean A

The property manager communicated quickly when reached out to...the property was very clean and smelled well. TV's worked without any problem. One of the reasons we chose this place was that it had not one, but 2 KING BEDS which is very unusual to find. Quiet neighborhood and I loved that there was a Publix grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Felt safe and secure.

The house was perfectly located near shopping, including Publix, and just eight minutes from our family—an ideal spot for our stay. Upon arrival, the home was spotless and well-appointed with everything needed. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We also appreciated having TVs in every room, comfortable beds, and an efficient layout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book this home again in the future.

We live in Florida and have a short term rental property in Florida for the past 6 years about 1 mile to Indian Rocks Beach. We decided last year to purchase a home in South Carolina for many reasons. One is because we love getting away to the Greenville area and enjoying visiting the many wonderful parks, coffee shops, mountain hikes, downtown Greenville, Simpsonville, Five Forks, Greer all that have something unique to offer in such a close proximity to our home and of course our grandkids and daughter and son in law live 10 min away so that was also a plus. We love being outside and enjoying the beaches and the mountains too.

When we were looking for a home my husband wanted 1 level because we are not getting any younger. We also wanted something that was not too big but also not too small. We wanted a nice backyard to enjoy. We love being so close to shopping and some great dining places we have found in the area.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We went with a modern farmhouse vibe in this home. Majority of everything you see is new since August of 2024.
The deck and fenced in private yard is a wonderful feature that we thought many people will enjoy. The indoor laundry is also a nice amenity to have. There is plenty of room in the home to enjoy each other as a family but also be able to appreciate individual spaces so you are do not feel cramped.
