Our HOA only allows rentals 12 time per year. All renters must allow 30 days prior to their desired rental period in order be vetted by the Marina Village HOA as well as pay the HOA's $100.00 fee.

We accept 14 day bookings, once a month, in the off season months ofApril thru September. All bookings in the high season months of October thru March are per month and are a 30 day minimum. Bookings for October thru March start the first of each month and end the last day of the month.
