This Stunning apartment is at the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. You`ll love the neighborhood, the ambience, the comfy beds and the outdoors space. Very good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Has 1 King size beds and 1 Twin sofa bed to up 3 guests. New furniture, new cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Apartment includes linens, towels, 50" inch Smart HDTV includes 60+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Short walk to Daytona Lagoon Water Park (0.3miles), Ocean Deck and Board walk (0.1miles) where will have good food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. We are also only 0.1 miles from the Convention Center.

Entire space plus building amenities. Please, make yourself at home.

Beach view was amazing! We loved waking up naturally to the sun rising through our balcony window. We were walking distance to so many of our favorite places.

It was an awesome experience. The room was clean, and well equipped. The balcony view was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. A wonderful experience altogether.

If you want a beautiful view of the ocean this is the place to be but if you’re wanting air conditioning you’re outta luck these nice people rented this place KNOWING that the AC wasn’t working in the entire building smfh HOST WAS GARBAGE NO KINDA COMMUNICATION …PROBABLY BECAUSE HE KNEW LOL

The electricity to the air-conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave without three or four times over the week we were therefor a few hours each time. The bed was coming apart underneath, and I had to repair it myself since the host was always slow in responding. The bathroom door was too small to get my wife’s wheelchair into the bathroom. There was no ramp down to the swimming pool to allow my wife’s wheelchair to get to the pool. I will not stay there again.

Several unfortunate events occurred during our two night stay to make this our worst Vrbo experience by far. We had to set the thermostat to 55. Even at that it struggled to keep the room temperature in the upper seventies. Construction was occurring in the room above us which meant we had early, loud wake up calls and the constant noise for most of the day was quite irritating. Finally we lost all water for several hours one day. We couldn’t even flush the toilet! The host communicated in a timely manner but seemed unable to do anything about our problems.

The actual room was nice and clean inside. The outside is very dated and it’s called a resort which is not. Looks like a regular old motel. So upon arriving it was disappointing but luckily the actual accommodation was nice.

Owner/property manager very responsive. Any concerns/ questions addressed appropriately and quickly. Location on beach is great! Curb appeal could use a little work. Warning: The HOA is very aggressive with parking enforcement. You have at most 15 mins to get your parking pass into your vehicle.

I had an issue with my e-mail that Vrbo did not sort out before my stay, so I was unable to receive check-in instructions because my old e-mail was still on file. The host refused to send the instructions any other way, via text or my new e-mail or the inquiry messaging. Vrbo sent me the instructions directly. I also ended up not bringing my pet. She had emergency surgery that week and I had to leave her at home. I asked the host to refund me the pet fee, they never did. Finally, the a/c ran non-stop, the thermostat was broken. I informed the host, I said it was not a problem. I never received any responses to my e-mail problem, pet fee refund request or a/c problem. Poor communication.

Location and check-in were good. However, communication with the host was disappointing. Every time I tried calling the phone number provided, I was sent to voicemail, and the only response I received was a text asking, "How may I help you?" All communication ended up being through VRBO, which made me wonder why a phone number was provided if phone calls weren't going to be answered.The biggest issue was the A/C in the room. It barely blew any air through the vent, making the room uncomfortable, especially at night and in the mornings. I informed the host, who said someone from the HOA would come take a look, but no one ever showed up. Instead, I was later told that no one else in the building had complained. Since the problem was never addressed, I had to go out and buy a fan just to make the room somewhat comfortable.There were also very few hooks available to hang towels, and most of the furniture felt like inexpensive IKEA pieces. The sofa bed had a broken leg, and one side of the bed frame kept slipping out of place, making the bed feel unstable. On top of that, the sofa bed wasn't even large enough for my 8-year-old to sleep on comfortably.Overall, while the location was nice, the lack of responsiveness, unresolved A/C issue, and poor condition of the furnishings made this a disappointing stay. I would not stay at this property again.
