The kitchen, located in a separate room, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. You can access the private garden from the kitchen, where you can enjoy your morning coffee at a cosy table with comfortable seating.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated dining area with a long table that comfortably seats up to seven guests—perfect for shared dishes and conversations.

The bedroom features a plush double bed, a bedside chest of drawers, bookshelves, and ample storage space. The bed will be dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.

For your convenience, the apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower option. Complimentary toiletries and soft towels will be provided to you.

Before your arrival, the apartment will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and comfortable space for your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

There is a penalty of £500 if a party is detected at the property.
