This is the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed at. It looks like it was just built, everything shiny and new. AC worked well including a separate one in the bedroom - nice! Walkable to the beach, and to some shops and restaurants, too.We loved it !Highly recommended.

The property is very nice, comfortable and clean. It's location is very close to the pier. It is nice to have street parking available and the area traffic is minimal. The only minor things are the ac unit in the living room makes quite a loud noise when it is being used and the toaster in the kitchen didn't work. The host was very responsive to questions. Overall it was great!!

The unit is very modern, clean and spacious, located in a residential area about 5-10 minutes from the ocean. Kitchen is well equipped. The Riviera shopping area is also 5-10 minutes away, and it has lots of restaurants, many of which features sidewalk dining. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a shiny, brand-new look, you will want to stay at this place.

The host said she’d meet my husband when he arrived. She was not thereInstead the keys were on the table…..which would’ve been fine except when he left to get some dinner a brief time later, he found that the front door lock didn’t workSo the front door could not be locked.He stayed there only that night, and did not stay the other additional 3 nights that we paid for. Never heard from the owner.

The property has a modern, secure front-door lock, and someone was there to meet the guest and provide access. We also provided a video showing how to properly operate and lock the door. At no point during the stay did the guest contact us by phone or message to report that they were unable to lock the door or that there was any issue with the lock. Had they reached out, we would have been more than happy to assist immediately. It is also important to clarify that the guest chose not to stay for the remaining nights of their reservation, despite the property being available. We were never given an opportunity to address any alleged issue before they left. We always take our guests’ concerns seriously and are available to help throughout their stay, so it is disappointing to see these claims made without giving us an opportunity to resolve them.
