One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom enjoys convenient access to the main bathroom.

The apartment is centrally situated right in the heart of Cape Town. It’s an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and the city’s many great attractions. V&A Waterfront is just three minutes drive away, making shopping a breeze.
The building has a backup generator for hallway lights, lifts, and parking gates.
