Not as pictured

The photos looked fresh and updated. The fit and finishes were worn. The overall experience was less than ideal. Dirty dishes and glasses. Toilet on level 1 is not 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, despite the multiple compaints. Craig was amazing to work with and was on call 24/7 with any needed issues. Only glitch was the lack of communication re: VRBO (as the 3rd party middle man). Moving forward, I plan to work with Craig, directly. Perks:- location: the home is located within a few blocks of the water- overall: cleanliness was 5 stars - kitchen was well equipped Negatives: - beds are not comfortable and had minimal bedding options - no toiletries were available upon check in - 4th story bathroom had draining issues - lesser than average towel quality. (I washed said towels multiple times in order to reduce the constant shedding of said towels)- outdated and uncomfortable interiors - ice maker stopped working after day 2**** when we are paying over 2 K per night ( in the Midwest) we absolutely expect the very best of the best.
