- Hand Soap provided for each sink

- Linens provided for each bed (including sofa bed)

- Hand towels in each bathroom

- Iron and full size ironing board

- Each bathroom (2), contains 2 rolls of toilet paper each. You are responsible for your own toilet paper if these run out.

- Fire extinguisher

- Broom, dustpan

- Hair Dryer in each bathroom

- A starter pack is provided that includes a small shampoo, small dish soap, a limited number of dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent bag, trash bags, dish soap. Please note that this is a standard starter pack and guests will have to provide anything beyond this, should these items run out, as stay durations do vary.

♦FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)♦

- Check-in: After 3:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM. We can do early check ins for a small fee if requested in advance.

- You can check-in as late as you want, you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (3:00 PM).

-The deposit is not charged. The deposit is there in case there is damage to the home or violations to the house rules.

-Information will be sent to you after booking regarding details for your stay.

We had a great stay. The unit was spotless and appeared well cared for. We loved the high floor and comfy balcony furniture, ocean views for miles and miles in each direction. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, and beach supplies, including chairs.Great communication with Anthony, simple check-in and check-out process. We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this condo. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages, which made communication smooth and easy. Check-in was ready about an hour before we arrived, which was a nice bonus.First impression: the condo was clean, uncluttered, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The unit is on the 20th floor, which we didn’t realize until we got the door code—such a nice surprise with great views!A couple of things to note: the loading/unloading area is very tight, so if you’re driving a larger vehicle, maneuvering can be a bit of a challenge. The parking garage across the street (just half a block away) is also tight, but manageable. The condo itself is a little dated in style, but still very nice and well cared for. The only minor inconvenience was the coffee maker—we’re just used to a Keurig, so that’s more of a personal preference than a real issue.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Amazing view and easy access to the beach. We were grateful to be able to skip the checkin process in the lobby. It was chaos in there when we arrived! Super comfortable condo & hotel amenities, yes it’s a bit dated but that did not take away from our experience. We loved it and hope to return.

Great Location, Spacious Condo

Great condo! Pool is great with lots of lounge chairs available. The beach access was great. Pool towels are available. Loved that the condo had beach chairs, boogie boards and toys for us to use. Huge balcony and so nice to be able to hear the waves. Coffee shop and bar downstairs were convenient. Big kitchen with all the basics for cooking. Technically walking distance to the convention center, but not walking friendly so we did end up renting a car. Fitness center was bigger than expected and not very busy. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Myrtle Beach vacation

20th floor condo on the beach. Great views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. Enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools and the lazy river. Ate our breakfasts in the kitchen, but went out for most lunches and dinners. Lots of restaurants within easy driving distance. Host was helpful, and easy to contact.

Well Pleased

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to anything we needed. Was nice to have towels available for the pool and beach chairs and toys available. Would definitely stay here again. Somebody was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. Nice to have bellman to unload car and take our belongings to the condo. On day of departure they came to our room and got our belongings and loaded them in the car. With a 5 year old and a 81 year old it was very convenient. Great stay !

Wonderful Condo

We had a pretty wonderful stay at this condo. The condo itself is large. The kitchen is very nice, the balcony is excellent with a view from heaven. The rooms are very generous but could use a little updating. Everything in the room worked, we had no issues with the doors or appliances. The fridge was clean and well kept. We had access to plates, silverware, and a broom which was nice. We got lots of sand on the balcony and were able to sweep it all up. I did feel certain areas could have been cleaned better or had more attention. I only really have two complaints. One was the beds are not super comfortable and we all had a hard time sleeping. Second was the hotel staff. This is at no fault to the owners of this condo, however, you have to have a key card to use the elevator and the doormen do not let you use carts for your luggage because they want to do it for you and get tipped. We did not need help getting our things up to the room but it would have been nice to have a cart to get it all up there. The front desk staff was very rude to my husband when he left the elevator card with me on the beach, he asked to get a secondary card to get up to our room and they told him no and that they didnt do that. He explained that we already had a keycard but he left it with me so i could get up the elevator with the kids, but they were very rude and not helpful at all. We had to get the manager involved to get him back up to the room. Aside from that, this room is worth checking out

Fantastic 20th floor balcony view from MBR and LR

Our host has a wonderful property that is clean, spacious, and a FANTASTIC location. We had everything we needed in the unit, and all systems worked well for our needs. The host is very communicative, and gave us every bit of information we needed.

Overall nice experience

Proximity to the beach was perfect. It was about a mile walk to the boardwalk and maybe half a mile walk to decent restaurants. Overall a nice place to stay if you're looking for a low key beach vacation.

Excellent amenities and not crowded beach

This unit was great as described!!! Amazing view since its so high up! Great furniture inside and on the HUGE balcony. There is a loading & unloading area at ground level under the hotel/condo then you park in the parking garage on the other side of putt putt golf course. I was worried about it being far away but its literally a short walk 1 min half block away from the hotel. Elevators require a keypad code to access going up for safety and loved the keypad on the door so we didn't have to carry around a key or worry about losing it. Fridge has an ice maker which is a plus. The location is just outside of the super busy area so its close to visit by walking. The drive to Broadway on the Beach is abt 5 minutes and you can see the Broadway lights at night from the condo if you look out the hallway window before going in the unit. 1 block off the main hwy for easy access to go to other areas. We missed the dolphins that went thru the Beach waters as we were gone that day to Murrells inlet, but heard they put on a nice show. Beach is clean & well kept. Lifeguards were very attentive. Pools, lazt river and hot tubs were a hit & we liked the hotel bar in the evening too. Owner is great at responding to questions. We would definitely be honored to stay in this unit again in the future!

Quick beach getaway

Oasis in the middle of it all

This place has it all. What a view, the huge private balcony is amazing. The Condo is spacious, Clean, and very well appointed., Location is perfect for anything in North Myrtle, South Myrtle, or central Myrtle. Building is very nice with a great on site bar that is beach side. The staff is super friendly and I highly recommend the Valet service, it was worth every penny. You can not go wrong with this place. We would 100% return.

The vacation of a lifetime

This house was amazing. The location was perfectly central to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for the 14 family members we had. Everyone had their space. It was well stocked including perishables which I loved! Great hosts. Great house.

We had an amazing stay. Our family ranges from kids age 5-10, they all enjoyed the pools and lazy river. Us adults enjoyed the beautiful views and beach.

The perfect Myrtle beach resort!!

This property was exactly what we was looking for. We was undecided to go north myrtle or south myrtle this location is perfect! We can not say enough about the staff at this resort very friendly. Every time we came in contact with an employee they were friendly and polite. The resort was very clean and quiet. The room was perfect amazing view large balcony nice and clean. Very quick to get from outside to your room which was a plus! Free putt putt golf which we enjoyed each day of our stay! We stayed five days and I’m a very very picky detailed person and I do not have one complaint! We found our new vacation spot!
