-1 room with a double over double bunk bed with a single trundle(recommended for kids).

The hot tub is open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM, except on Thursdays when it opens later, from 12 PM to 9 PM.

- **Events:** The property is ideal for family gatherings, but please reach out if you're planning an event to ensure it aligns with house rules.
- **Noise Policy:** Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting.
- **Pets:** No Pets Allowed
