I’ll start with the negatives. The advertising for the property lists it as a 5 bedroom, when there are actually 4 bedrooms. I did point this out to the property management team. But no changes have been made so far. It also states that the condo is 1.5km from the nearest ski lift. That is simply not the case. You have to climb a flight of 20 stairs to access the main floor. That makes it a bit challenging to unpack. And we had a 92 year old with us. The condo is located 50 metres away from the train tracks. There were at least a dozen trains a day. You could hear and feel each one. All 4 bedrooms were at the front of the condo, and the train tracks were at the back. I was never awoken because of the trains. Now, the positives. The "adjoining double condo" concept was fantastic. We had more than enough of room for the 11 of us. 2 full kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms were perfect. We never ate out. We cooked all our meals at the condo, and we all sat very comfortably around the dinning room table. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms. We had plenty of space for everyone to sit and do their own thing if, and when they wished. A very short walk to grocery, and liquor stores. As well as the Royal Bank. The condos are located above a strip mall, but that really didn't matter. Except for the passing trains, we enjoyed very quiet nights. I would recommend Summit house, regardless of the negatives. It is great for a large group. You will never feel "closed in".
