This beautiful lakefront house features a fully equipped kitchen, a great room, 3 bedrooms (with additional sleep spaces in the great room). Two and a half baths with detachable shower heads. Fishing Pier, Kayaks, fish cleaning station, outdoor cooking area, fire pit, additional parking with plenty of room for a boat trailer. Don't forget the boat slip!!! We have enjoyed our lake house for years, as a place to connect with nature and enjoy all that Lake Catherine has to offer. Every morning and evening we feed the fish, turtles and birds right from the deck. Our family and friends have fished and swam off of our large floating dock connected to the shoreline by a bridge. Everyone enjoys the dramatic sunrises and sunsets that fill the sky and reflect on the lake. As our life takes us on new adventures away from the lake, we are excited to share this wonderful getaway!!!

This is truly an entire experience, from the proximity to Lake Catherine, short drive to downtown and the racetrack, to the views, quaintness of living spaces, boat docking availability, ample room so even large families or a group will be comfortable, kayaking, fire pit and outdoor cooking area, all Samsung appliances, plenty of parking, space for a RV, washer and dryer on site, full kitchen, large great room, and so much more!!!
