Completed in 2020, this newly built home combines modern design with thoughtful comforts. With an inviting living room and open floor concept on the main level, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook up your favorite meals or gather around the peninsula for appetizers and conversation. The kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you need to make dining at home a breeze.
The upstairs bedrooms feature comfortable beds for 6 guests, perfect for restful nights. Additionally, the fold-out queen-size couch in the living area accommodates 2 additional guests, complete with linens, pillows, and blankets. With cozy accommodations, whether you’re relaxing indoors or outdoors, these inviting spaces make it easy to feel at home.
When outside, you’ll be able to take advantage of the fully fenced backyard, perfect for your furry guests to roam safely. Enjoy dining al fresco, lounging, and BBQing, and after a day of exploring Chelan, come back and relax in the private hot tub under the blue Chelan skies. Watch the sunset over the mountains from the front of the home, adding a touch of magic to your evenings.
Our prime, walkable location is just a few short blocks to tasting rooms, restaurants, and boutique shops in downtown Chelan.

CHELAN CITY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BLUE SKY CHELAN:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 8 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 4; boat trailers are included in parking count
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (dogs & children included)
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the city (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. One camera overlooks the front driveway and entrance, and the other looks at the south side of the home and back yard. These cameras help with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
PETS ALLOWED:
We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (boat/jet ski tailers are included in this number). Parking must be in front of the home and there is no street parking permitted.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that Chelan & Manson has to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events put on around Lake Chelan (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Over the last 15+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others.
