Our beautiful property features 2 bedrooms with a KING bed and acdouble bed in the Master bedroom and 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, perfect for accommodating guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a washer & dryer, hair dryer, you'll have all the comforts of home.
What truly sets this top-floor unit apart is its vaulted ceilings, which create a bright, open and spacious feel you won’t find on lower floors. Combined with elevator access, you enjoy both comfort and convenience...no stairs to climb.

From your private balcony, take in a beautiful, unobstructed lake view that adds a sense of calm and privacy. The elevated position, natural light, and open ceiling design make the condo feel larger, more elegant, and more relaxing, perfect for a memorable Myrtle Beach stay.

I chose this neighborhood because, after purchasing my first condo in Myrtlewood 19 years ago, I began renting it out and consistently received positive feedback from guests especially about the location, more than I ever expected. That feedback made it an easy decision to continue purchasing units in this complex.

Honestly, this is one of the best places in Myrtle Beach for so many reasons: location, location, location close to all major attractions, safe, exceptionally clean and much more.
