Hello and welcome!

My name is Yannick Pettigrew, and I’m delighted to host you. I’ve been investing in and renting condos in Myrtle Beach for nearly 20 years, and my passion has always been to offer guests a comfortable, worry-free stay in the very best locations.

I personally chose Myrtlewood because of its unbeatable location and the consistent positive feedback I’ve received from guests over the years. Every condo is carefully maintained, fully equipped, and designed to feel like a true home away from home.

I take great pride in providing clean, secure, and well-located accommodations, and I’m always available—directly or through my team—to ensure you have a fantastic stay. I truly hope you enjoy Myrtle Beach as much as I do and look forward to welcoming you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because, after purchasing my first condo in Myrtlewood 19 years ago, I began renting it out and consistently received positive feedback from guests especially about the location, more than I ever expected. That feedback made it an easy decision to continue purchasing units in this complex.

Honestly, this is one of the best places in Myrtle Beach for so many reasons: location, location, location close to all major attractions, safe, exceptionally clean and much more.
