Welcome to Marina Luxe overlooking Sister Bay Marina, a sophisticated and modern condo located in the vibrant heart of Sister Bay. Enjoy the sunsets on the water in Sister Bay from your balcony of this second floor unit in the heart of downtown. This luxury unit offers 3 bedrooms and two baths. It sleeps 8 with a sofa bed in living room. This exclusive property, available through Northern Door Vacations, offers stunning marina views, blending luxury and comfort for an unparalleled living experience. Situated steps away from the waterfront, fine dining, boutique shopping, and outdoor activities, Marina Luxe presents the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation.

Guest experience is our first priority. By booking with Northern Door Vacations, you have a dedicated number to call the owner of this small family owned business in Door County, rather than calling a call center from a booking site. From local recommendations to on demand support, we will provide an unparalleled guest experience during your vacation in northern Door County.

Features include:
- Spacious Open-Concept Layout: Designed for comfort and style, the condo boasts a generous living space with high-end finishes.
- Breathtaking Views: Enjoy panoramic marina and bay views from your private, second floor balcony.
- King bed in primary, Queen beds in bedroom 2 and 3. Queen pullout sofa bed in Living Room.
- Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage.
- Luxurious Master Suite: Relax in the spa-like master bathroom and unwind in the spacious bedroom overlooking the marina.
- Prime Location: Walking distance to Sister Bay Beach, marina, parks, and local dining options, providing a true Door County experience.

Parking included, including one car garage for guest use, with an additional parking space in the parking lot of building.

Pet Policy- Must be communicated at time of booking, we allow a max of two well-behaved dogs, for an additional $200 pet cleaning fee. This allows the condo to be hair and pet free for the next guest. This will be added after booking, to your final payment.

**Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee. This is detailed in the guest contract.**

Summer Fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the water are amazing. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and outside on the deck. Getting into the unit was easy, parking was easy, and so was our stay.

Great location, great views!

Communication with the property management was excellent - very responsive and clear. The rental was as described and very clean. You can't beat the location for walking around downtown Sister Bay and having beautiful sunsets in the evening. Highly recommend!

Relax or day trip

The property was awesome it was a girlfriend weekend. Very centrally located walking distance to area restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular... noise not bad from Main Street. There was live music in area again you can not hear inside but if you sit on balcony it was good! We had fantastic time, did day trips/tours to area towns ... evenings went to local restaurants that had music and good food, there is a beach walking distance no pool but was perfect for what we were looking for. Second floor had a elevator ... amenities in condo perfect everything you could need. Loved!

Perfect location

Overall a great stay! Location is perfect, can walk to everything in sister bay, and view of water is lovely. Road noise is heavy, but you get used to it, and it’s worth it to be in this location. Lots of space, and added garage parking spot is a HUGE plus! Condo did have some Maintenance issues, and like other reviews have noted, an unpleasant odor that was strong in the entryway. These callouts were passed on to the owners who said they would address them.

Great location for weekend of family fun

We love staying in Sister Bay with our adult children. There are a lot of fun things to do and the condo is a perfect location for walking or taking a short drive to our favorite places. This is our second stay in this condo. It is exactly as pictured and very well appointed.

Pleasant Place and Convenient

Enjoyed the stay. Felt like the owners must be very tall people since all the chair in the kitchen and dining room were high stools rather than standard chairs. Loved the fireplace and view of the Marina. Can’t think of anything that was missing.

Wonderful Sister Bay Property and Weekend!

We loved staying right in the heart of Sister Bay within walking distance to everything. The unit was right across from the marina, so you had water views from the main room and deck. It was perfect for our family reunion!

Second Stay at this Property Did Not Disappoint

Second time staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint. Location is perfect even during the off season, still plenty to see and do. We hit the jackpot with the weather and were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Will definitely visit again.
