Our over all stay was pretty good. We wasn’t unable to get in the hot tub due to 100000s of ants crawling all over it and the cover. Also while refilling the coffee maker the reservoir was covered in mold. I would go again but would hope these issues were fixed.

The property was amazing. My family had a good time sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing, watching the lightning through the big windows in the greatroom. The property felt secluded but in all reality it was close for the quick runs to the grocery store. Would stay here again if we come back to the area

Host was great ! We did encounter bed bug unfortunately. Cathy was great at responding to our late night phone call when we discovered the bugs and quickly moved us to a new cabin. But after finding them, it left us all on edge

Unfortunately, bed bugs are hitchhikers and come in with guest luggage. The cabin has been completely treated and guaranteed bug free. I have an excellent pest control company. So sorry.

The quiet! This is definitely a place for seclusion. We also saw a Mama Bear and 2 cubs.
Our bears we saw from upstairs bedroom. One cub was off in the foliage

A great family getaway to this beautiful cabin. Had everything we needed. The toilets both need some attention. Other than that, everything was as advertised. I would stay here again.

So much to do in the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area. It is wonderful to head into the gated Shagbark community to unwind and rest. Sugar Maple Sunsets is the place to be.

Quick Lovely Trip to Tennessee

Lovely and clean home! Lots of space and super close to town! Beautiful cabin. Super pet friendly. Gated community is SUPER nice.

The cabin was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. We love Shagbark community. Bedrooms were comfortable.The only thing wrong was the water was so slimy and smelt like rotten boiled eggs. The filter needs to be changed or something needs to be fixed! Dishes were dirty put back in the cabinets(from previous people who rented). Tv up stairs didn’t work. Not sure if bedroom tvs worked or not we didn’t use those. We stayed May 23rd-27th Iv never had any issues before getting ahold of the host they would respond in 5 minutes if that, I contacted the host and it took forever finally she said she came out day before we left water still slimy and stunk even more. The book tells you if you use the beach towels, rewash them and put back well, we didn’t notice that part we used the beach towels. There was no way I was washing them and gonna be blamed on the smell of the towels. So I just put in the tub with all the other towels as they requested.

Communication before the stay wasn’t the best when I needed to get ahold of them. Not sure if that was an app problem or not. Cabin was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Getaway

Great cabin. Loved that it was in a gated community and how clean the rooms are but would be nervous about renting in the winter Becuase of how steep and narrow the roads were.

Such a cute house with a great view! The road getting to it is a little steep and and narrow and there were dump trucks in the road at the other houses being built we had to maneuver around at times but it wasnt terrible. Loved that there were baby gates so my two year old twins couldn't run up and down the stairs. My family enjoyed our stay and would consider again!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our last night of our yearly family vacation. The hot tub and views were enjoyed as the sun set. We also utilized the pool table to get some friendly competition in before our vacation came to an end.

Quiet, gated neighborhood. Clean house and property. The tap water had an unpleasant odor and slimy texture from water softener system. Unable to use tap water for cooking or drinkingShowers were unpleasant Only half the jets in the hot tub were in working order.. that was a bummer for 4 kids fighting over the “good side of the tub “ House had good WiFi and tv apps
