Great place

Excellent place to stay in Savannah. With 5 kids, we were wondering how well this trip would work out, but the location, convenience, and layout of the space made it all come together. Plenty of room for all of us, easy to all of our luggage in and out because it was on the ground floor, and a quick walk to River Street made it a perfect spot for us.

Wonderful stay

This was a great vacation. We loved the location. Want pizza? It is right around the corner. Need a CVS, its a few blocks away. Want to sit in the park square? It is right outside your door.The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location

Overall great accommodations, and communications by host. Had everything we needed and location is AMAZING!! Only complaint at all was the tenants above could be heard walking around and talking in the middle of the night, but would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Party!

Great Location, the place was very clean and had all we needed. Perfect place for for a group of people, plus having the park across the street was great for the dog. The owner was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location - walkable to everything. The space is as advertised. Could use new linens and towels, primary bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Otherwise great for our group.

Nice Getaway

The experience of renting this property and communication with property management was super easy. The property was as described and comfortable. The location was very convenient to Riverstreet, restaurants and shops. Our family had a great mini vacation here and would revisit.

Awesome location

Loved being minutes of walking to River street and other shopping… I did accidentally break a coffee pot (sorry) and they had it replaced before coffee the next morning.. Highly recommend

Great Location

Our experience was really good! Property manager was very responsive to my questions. Great location, we never got back in the car until time to go home. Floors needed steam cleaning (tile) but overall the condo was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Excellent Location

This home met the needs of our family group of 7 perfectly. Many great restaurants in walking distance as well as being in the heart of the city. Floors could have been cleaner. As well, the flexibility to check in less than an hour prior to 4:00 would have been appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

Great location

Great location to all that Savannah has to offer. We did have a slight issue with the keypad lock, but it was fixed after we made a call to David. One of the bedrooms does not have an AC vent or closet but was equipped with a fan.

Perfect location!

We could not have asked for a better location for our group to be able to utilize all of the characteristics that make Savannah so wonderful! We were able to get up each morning and walk through the heart of downtown to go grab coffee, and centrally located to everything that the only time we needed to Uber/drive a car was to head down to the beach for a couple of hours. Other than that it was a 5-10 minute walk to EVERYTHING. The location is incredible, and we felt very safe the entire time.The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we need to cook meals at the house and enjoy our weekend together.

Amazing 4 Bedroom Beauty

This place was absolutely amazing and there isn't anything to complain about. For the most part the unit looks just like the pictures. The place was clean and had everything that was needed. The property manager/owner gave us all the information that we needed and we didn't have any complaints or concerns. The unit is walking distance to everything and we felt safe while there. We will most definitely return and will stay here again.

Business Trip

We were in town for a business meeting. The accomdations and location were perfect. I would definately use it again. The only issue is that the AC would only go down to 70 and it was very warm for early October. Even with the ceiling fan it was a tad uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

Second Floor

Know its hard to fix. We didnt enjoy the "Clogging" problem from second floor. The group that occupied the second floor were rude, uncaring about occupancy below them. They were up till 3am. Running, stomping, moving furniture, "CLOGGINg" , not knowing or caring of noise level below. Even after being asked and informed about it. The condo was a great location, accommodations were great. Maybe some upgrades on livingroom chairs. Otherwise we'd stay again.
