This enjoyable house in Columbia boasts 4 cozy bedrooms - 2 with queen beds on the main level and a queen bed and 1 with two twin beds downstairs. With 2 bathrooms featuring showers, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. Stay connected with WiFi, comfortable with heating and AC, and pack light knowing there's a washing machine available. The 3 seasons sunroom gives you a beautiful enclosed space to look out over the fenced in yard and creek running through. There are multiple MKT trail access points within a mile of the house. My husband and I live in northwest Missouri and love traveling back to my alma mater (Go Tigers!) to visit campus, ride the trail, or wander around downtown. We have three other short-term rental properties in the state and love sharing a bit of ourselves through all of our renovations and designs. We aim to provide spots where our guests can relax and recharge, escape normal, every day life, and prayerfully find peace during their time at our properties.

We chose our first CoMo property's location because of the closeness to the trail and the established neighborhood with its creeks, beautiful trees and rolling hills. It's totally normal to see deer wandering around eating flowers and squirrels jumping from branch to branch.

The design! This property's recent updates make it feel like a boutique hotel with the color-wrapped rooms and brightly colored accessories and furniture. The sunroom provides a place of relaxation, where you can enjoy nature while drinking your morning coffee or sipping on a glass of your favorite beverages while enjoying a book.
