Very spacious for 6 couples. Nicely maintained. Plenty of parking and outdoor space for entertaining. The 2 decks were cool. Plenty of dock space for the 2 pontoons we rented. We were glad that we were able to wth our doggies.

Plan for a long drive on a winding and twisting road on the way up the mountain. Not fun to do in the rain and fog at night. The home itself is very nice but the walk down to the water is very difficult.

My kids and grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have only one suggestion: putting dishes in Dishwasher should be sufficient. Waiting for them to dry and put them all away was cumbersome. Thanks. It’s a great house.

This home and location were lovely! Well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. The host communication was helpful and appreciated. Great experience!

First lake house vacation

The check in process was fine. It was my fault for not fully reading all of the details, especially the trash situation which is odd. The house was great but the air conditioning was so unbalanced that we had to close the bottom floor registers just so the upstairs would get close to the same temp. The kitchen was fine. The furniture was fine. The beds were less than enjoyable. Some had moisture barriers which was odd for a queen bed. There are definitely things that can be improved with these aspects.The dock was awesome. The walk down to the dock needs to be more clearly defined!!The management staff were awesome with our original issues.

Our family had a great time. The house and grounds were great, fully stocked with everything you could need. One recommendation on that note is to provide a vacuum. The pictures show one in the laundry area but it was not there and it was really difficult to clean up through the week with only a broom. The lake was great, the walk down to the dock was a bit steep in spots which may make it hard if you aren’t in shape, but to be expected for most houses in the area. The water was a bit low which made the cove at the dock brown by the afternoon hour. We talked to neighbors who say they may have let too much water out at the dam. Norris lake is such a clean, beautiful lake so it didn’t deter us much. All in all our stay was wonderful with no issues and I would recommend to others.
