This Beautiful remodeled 4-bedroom home in Jacksonville is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone, sleeps 7 guests. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, and more. The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryer for your comfort. This house is located in the heart of Mandarin with everything you need. You have many stores close by Walmart, Publix, Target, Winn-Dixie and plenty of restaurants Bone-Fish-Grill, Carrabbas, Julingtion Creek Fish Camp with a beautiful view of the river. Do not leave for any circumstances your child/ children without adult supervision at the backyard and next to the lake!!! You cannot swim in the lake.
After 7 guests each person will be charged $20per/night. Please follow all house rules and be respectful of our neighbors.

Absolute gem of a property. The host was responsive, the house was super clean and beautifully renovated. They thought of every detail. We came for a tournament and will be back again next year.

Clean, modern, spacious.

This was a perfect location for six of us to stay, including the bridesmaids, for our daughter's wedding and family reunion. It was delightful to sit outside in the quiet evening and watch the birds swoop down and land in the lake right in front of us.

Yes kitchen items were great.In the master bedroom for bedtime sleeping 72 was a little too warm for us but we also understand some people might take it down way too low. 68 would have been comfortable.

Family Event

We needed something that would be comfortable for a family of four. Something that would be close to the main roads. Saw this listing and it looked very cute. Upon arrival I was a little unsure as the street was tight and the property looked small. I thought we were going to be on top of one another. Was totally not the case. A very nice living room den area a well-pointed kitchen comfortable bedrooms a good AC unit. Very CLEAN and very pleased.
