Everything we needed in one space

This place made us very comfortable by having everything we need from an office, to a nice backyard. Extremely comfy, would definitely stay again

Good listing/home

Overall everything was fine. I found it odd there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods, no cutting board, no containers to save leftovers (with a full kitchen...), the bare minimum in terms of kitchen disposables, though plenty of utensils, spatulas, etc. The AC in the Florida room is not enough for the size of the place, and at mid-90s we couldn't use the room. The rest of the house is a bit dark, so that was a bummer.I can't find anywhere in the listing that says this, but the laundry room is locked and only available for bookings of 5 days or more.

I stayed at this lovely property to escape and evacuate from a hurricane in Tampa. I feel like I got so lucky to find this house! I had myself, my 87-year-old ill parent, three dogs, my brother, sister-in-law and two nephews in the home. This was way more people and more dogs than the host usually allows but he was extremely gracious and forgiving. In fact, he went out of his way to be flexible and make it convenient and affordable for us in light of the circumstances. The home is beautiful, very spacious (even with all those people and dogs that easily accommodated us), extremely clean, comfortable, and it has all of the amenities anyone could want in a vacation home. It truly was a beautiful house and the host was incredibly generous. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the host. Do not hesitate to book this location for your next visit to the Jacksonville suburbs. You will not be disappointed! Thank you much R! I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you and your extreme generosity!

Perfect weekend rental

The property is well-maintained, was easy to get to, and check-in and out were really easy. There were no complicated check out instructions which meant we had more time for sleep and to visit family. The house was clean and had everything we needed for simple meals, sleeping, and relaxing in the evening. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Quick access to 295. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I didn’t realize the washer/dryer was only available for stays longer than 5 days, but it worked out ok and we didn’t need it. We didn’t need the host for anything, but he provided his contact info just in case.

Jax Rental House

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious with a nice sized backyard for pets. The beds were fine and the master bath was lovely. It was spacious with a nice jacuzzi tub. The kitchen had most everything we needed for our stay. The sun room off the back was nice along with the game table. The neighborhood was pretty quiet - never really heard anyone other than the occasional car. Overall, it suited our needs.
