Swim, fish, rent a boat on Gulf access canal! This bright, airy home is ready to welcome you. We are a 20-30 minute drive to Ft. Myers infamous Margaritaville. We are 5-10 minutes from many fine restaurants and grocery stores.
Amenities include a heated salt water pool and canals with a boat dock and lift, wi-fi throughout the home and multiple smart tv's. There is a fire pit high top table on the lanai. This 3-bedroom house in Cape Coral is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have a wonderful night's sleep on our super comfy beds. The 3 bathrooms offer a variety of amenities including a shower, bathtub, and jetted bathtub. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
