Step inside this beautiful property featuring 1 king bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the enchanting decor and full kitchen and screened in patio. With amenities like high-speed WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer, your stay will be nothing short of brilliant. Experience what Tucson has to offer with a stay at our personal home. Conveniently located near Tucson Medical Center and the River Walk, along with nearby stores, restaurants and shopping. Summertime unheated pool. Two car attached carport for convenient parking.

No parties or large group gatherings allowed and no parking on the street at any time. No children or pets allowed.

Wonderful condo with fully stocked kitchen, nice patio. Great location. Sarah is a great host - always responsive, helpful in every way. Would love to come back to stay sometime!

The host replied to all inquiries within a few minutes. The home had more amenities than any place we've rented. There supply of tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, lotion, laundry soap, etc. was more than adequate. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and was well suited for traveling to points of interest. The screened in patio was a nice touch for relaxing in the afternoons.

DELIGHTFUL!

Great location (especially if you want the bike path).It was very clean, quiet, and all the amenities you could possibly need. Grilling outside was great! Host…..Sarah, is extremely gracious and very nice. Would recommend very highly.

Above and beyond

Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. So many touches that she did not need to include, but did. Also, beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. Heating/air was great. Kitchen supplied with everything you would want or need. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay

Sarah’s home was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and very well stocked for all our cooking and comfort needs. We had everything we needed , and more (liquids, snacks…). Great communication. Central location. Don’t hesitate to book.

Wonderful Experience!

We found Sarah’s VRBO on extremely short notice when our original VRBO was canceled without warning by that host. We were so fortunate; our stay far exceeded our expectations in every way. We found this patio home immaculately clean with lovely furnishings and a full stocked kitchen with far more than we typically see in a VRBO. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, boxes of tissues in each room); it felt less of a typical VRBO and more like the home of a friend or relative. Totally comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size and lovely too. The nicest feature was the enclosed patio which enabled the sun in and was delightful to enjoy from the two great lounge chairs. Everything about the VRBO was excellent and only exceeded by the host, Sarah who contacted us the first night to be sure we had what we needed. As long time renters with VRBO, this personal touch is rare.Although we had originally booked a VRBO near the University for a theatrical production we were planning to attend, the fact that Sarah’s VRBO was located in another part of town wasn’t important. Tucson is extremely easy to navigate and we were able to get to everything within minutes. Overall we were extremely happy we stayed at Sarah’s patio home. Highly recommended!

A place to stay

Excellent place to stay and we would absolutely stay again. Very clean, modern, and excellent amenities! Close to Lemmon and Sabino and good proximity to U of A. Very big thank you to the hosts for your hospitality, it was greatly appreciated!
