The Space:

Four families or groups of ten can step straight into a summer that needs no planning - this townhouse inside Solara Resort hands you both a private retreat and a world of resort amenities the moment you arrive. The screened patio and heated pool are yours from the first morning dip to the last late-night float, and the clubhouse - a one-minute walk away - keeps the FlowRider® surf simulator, resort-style pool, fitness center, and restaurant well within reach whenever you want a change of scene.

 

Living space

The open-concept ground floor keeps everyone connected without the crowd feeling cramped. A sleek living room flows into a dining area designed for the whole group, and the kitchen is fully stocked for proper meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basics you need to cook and eat without a supermarket run on day one. Head upstairs and a second sitting area with a pull-out sofa gives the group a flexible hangout space that doubles as extra sleeping room when you need it.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to ten guests, each with its own en-suite bathroom so mornings stay stress-free. The ground-floor bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed - ideal for anyone who prefers single-level living. The three upstairs bedrooms offer quieter, more private spaces for the rest of the group. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and a full set of bed linens are included throughout.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for real cooking: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), full dishes and silverware, a hot water kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. Starter supplies are included - dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, and kitchen towels - though you may need to restock for longer stays.

 

Bathrooms

With four and a half bathrooms and each bedroom paired with its own en-suite, sharing is never an issue. Every bathroom includes hot water, shampoo, and a hair dryer, and the home comes stocked with an initial supply of soap, toilet paper, and hand soap.

 

Outdoor space

The private screened patio is where the trip tends to center itself - a heated pool, shade from the screen enclosure, and enough space to unwind properly. Pool heat is available at $35 per day; just let the host know at least 48-72 hours before your stay. A rental grill is also available for an additional cost if you want to cook outside.

 

For families

Traveling with little ones? The home is set up for it - crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, and baby safety gates are all on hand. A game console, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, iron, and free parking round out the practical side of staying here.

 

Location

The Solara Resort clubhouse is a one-minute walk away, putting the resort-style pool, FlowRider® surf simulator, fitness center, and restaurant right on your doorstep. Walt Disney World is roughly 15-20 minutes by car, EPCOT about 20-25 minutes, and Disney Springs around 20-25 minutes. Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 30-35 minutes away, Universal's Volcano Bay is roughly 30-35 minutes, and LEGOLAND Florida is about 35-45 minutes. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 35-45 minutes from the home.

 

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in via smart lock. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.
