This spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex is the perfect mountain retreat, comfortably sleeping 8 guests across 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. The main floor welcomes you with an open-concept layout, where large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living area features cozy seating surrounding a gas fireplace, making it an ideal spot for family movie nights or simply relaxing after a day on the slopes. The flat-screen TV adds to the entertainment options, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6-8, perfect for meals shared with family and friends. Step outside onto the private balcony, accessible from both the dining area and living room, and take in breathtaking views of the ski slopes—an ideal setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for ease and convenience, with all the cookware and appliances you need to create delicious meals away from home. A guest bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower is located off the living area. The duplex was fantastic. The text messages and links sent before arrival were very helpful. The duplex itself was perfect for our 5 adults and toddler. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The duplex felt like home! It was the perfect space for us and our adult kids to join together plus have some areas to escape to. The location was easy walking distance to Keystone Village and the slopes were right outside our window. Will definitely seek out the space again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the property, but a couple of things didn’t meet expectations. First, the thermostat/heat wasn’t working properly, so we woke up to a 58 degree cabin the first morning, and then after the temperature got up to 69-70 to match the thermostat, it would drop again and the thermostat would show an error message. Also, photos of the property showed hot tubs, which were a large reason we booked the property, but we were notified upon asking after check-in that the hot tub is not available for the unit we rented. This was misleading. Otherwise, the place was great and suited our needs.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
