On the first floor, you’ll find:
A spacious living room, with a big lanai and dining area, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together.
A separate, well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and cookware to prepare family meals when you're not indulging at the nearby restaurants. The kitchen also includes a coffee machine and Keurig, so you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise on the beach.
The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and stunning views of the Fazio golf course.

Upstairs, away from the bustle of the main living areas:
Two guest rooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.
A full bathroom conveniently located between the two rooms.
Each room, including the living room, is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the home features high-speed internet throughout, as well as a dedicated workstation for checking in on the office or leisurely browsing.
Relax and Play
The living room invites you to unwind on a large sofa and armchairs, with board games for fun-filled evenings in.
Take advantage of beach chairs and toys for the keiki (kids), and rinse off the day's adventures with the outdoor hose.

Pools and tennis/pickleball are steps away and free for guests. Best of all, you are away from the city and free to enjoy the miles of beaches, lovely golf course views, and Turtle Bay resort life.

Smoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Lock & Key: The front door code 1670 is for your entire stay. The front door auto locks behind you.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Parking: One assigned parking space: Stall 117.
Guest Parking: One free guest parking stall available for your guest.
Parking Pass: you will find 1 Parking pass and 1 guest parking pass, in the unit, for your use during your stay. Cars require to displayed parking pass at all times. Should you misplace a Parking pass, the replacement fee is $75.00 each.
