This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.

From the moment you step into Casa Pinita, you'll discover the classic charm of its decoration. The ground floor features a spacious courtyard, a grand entrance hall, and two of the home's bedrooms, including the master suite.

On the second floor, come into a light-dappled indoor-outdoor living space. Through the open-concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and adjacent outdoor porch, families, and friends come together to enjoy life. Another bedroom with 90-degree views rounds out the floor.

On the top floor, a colorful bunk room for six connects to the adjoining roof terrace. This space is primed and ready for playtime, where kids can be kids and, sometimes, adults can too.

Finally, for a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will handle everything. She'll prepare breakfast and light snacks with your ingredients, and coordinate housekeeping while you enjoy sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, wine tastings at Copper and Stone, guided mountain biking trips, or diving off the Catalina Islands.

Our personal Concierge Service will assist with planning your exciting vacation before your arrival, coordinate your transportation from the airport with us and any other service like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations; we make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we can coordinate a Gourmet Chef or recommend the best restaurants in the area.

Grocery List Service: We will be happy to shop groceries for you prior to your arrival and on a daily basis throughout your stay if you need it.
