BEWARE......
We only completed our stay because we had no alternative. While we considered checking out early, checkout was at 11 AM, and with a four-legged family member to consider, it wasn’t practical, especially since most check-in times elsewhere are not until 4 PM and we already had tickets for the Rangers game.Our guests left after just one day due to the lack of proper seating in the family room. The home clearly did not meet the expectations or the standards presented in the listing. I appreciate the expression of regret that our stay did not meet expectations, but I can assure you that many people on platforms like Facebook and TikTok would likely agree with our frustration and disappointment.While your representative has offered 500 in One Key Cash, that solution is not meaningful to us, as we do not plan to use your services again. If VRBO is truly committed to making this right, policies should allow for exceptions in cases like this, especially when doing so could preserve a client relationship and your public reputation.I understand that refunds are typically at the host’s discretion. However, in this case, the host has ignored both my direct communication and yours. Therefore, I am requesting that VRBO do everything within its power to help by issuing a credit to my credit card.
